Bio:
At the age of fifteen and after takying private organ and guitar lessons, he get´s his first electric bass guitar and starts playing with local rock bands. When he turned
seventeen, he gets for the first time the chance to get exposition in the huge
México City´s professional scene, when, among many other auditioning young
players get’s a gig with Victor Manuel Lujjan, a well known rock singer at the time.
After this one, he got many other calls to play for major level recording artists.
After five years of experience playing all kind of gigs, and at the age of twenty one, Paco gets the chance to attend to Berklee College of Music, where, besides getting
financial aid from the College he gets all the support and advice from faculty
members such as Barrie Nettles, Bruce Gertz, Anthony Vitti and Oscar Stagniaro
among others. Berklee, as well as the Bostonian environment, helped Paco to
mature the style and the sound that tours over eighty citys in México and all around the world every year.
For seventeen years Paco Morales has being a fundamental part of the rhythm
section of the following major level recording artists : Alejandra Guzmán, Reyli, Julieta Venegas, Cristian Castro, Manuel Mijares, Thalía, Armando
Manzanero & Bebu Sivetti, Amanda Miguel & Diego Verdaguer, Laura Flores,
Aranza, Pandora, Erick Rubín, Paulina Rubio, Edith Márquez, Sentidos
Opuestos, Daniela Romo, Pimpinela, Guadalupe Pineda, Ana Cirré, Carina
Ricco, Thamara, Martín Ricca, Yannin, Fernando Delgadillo, Lolita Cortéz,
Magdalena Zarate, Luis Gatica, Mercurio, Edson, Gian Marcos y Victor
Manuel Lujján.
Asíde of all this he has also being part of well known fusión and jazz bands such as Larry Russell Quartet, Flüght, Montaje, Popo Sánchez & Jazzú, Dónde está Fred, The Cervantes Aaranda Orchestra, Quinto Grado, JAMM, Jazzid,
Xtabay, MoMoGu and theatre plays as “Rent”, “Mujeres Entre Dos Milenios”
and “West Side Story”.
At the weekly late night shows “El Baño” and “Permïtame Tantito”he has
performed unplugged arrangements for Franco de Vita, Miguel Mateos, Paty
Navidad, Niurka, Amauri Gutiérrez, Darina, Cox, La Factoría, Cañaberal, Tony Flores, Miguel Galván, Memo Ríos, Jorge Falcón, Sergio Corona, Los Socios
del Ritmo, La Sonora Dinamita, Maribel Guardia, Merenglass, Plastilina Mosh,
Boby, Edgar Oceransky, Pulido, Caos, Arón y su grupo Ilusión, Manuela
Torres, el Conjunto Primavera, Guayacán and SBS, Yoshio, Dulce, El grupo
Pesado, el grupo K-1, María Barracuda y el grupo Guayacán.

Guys, I just want to tell you that I played the Helix bass in my amp and I am amazed!!! It´s like having ten different vintage instruments in one with the easy action of a modern bass. It's a great honor to be part of Lace Music and I´ll do my best to promote these awesome instruments.
